Cancellations may only qualify for a refund under extraordinary conditions. Please note that inability to secure a travel visa does not qualify for a refund. Once registered, the registration cannot be transferred or given to other individuals. Only in exceptional cases the cancellation will be accepted (with a maximum of 80% of the paid fee)
